7 Days of Tea!

During the week of Thanksgiving, I am going to enjoy 7 days of Tea. I plan to make and drink healthy tea instead of coffee or other not-so-healthy drinks. Loving tea helps, but I want to find out if I feel any different after 7 days. I plan to start out with my go-to base tea and for me the top 3 are Yerba Mate, Green Tea, and Chamomile. For this 7-day challenge, I am going to mostly go with those 3 options but plan to challenge myself on some days for different flavors and benefits. I usually start my day with tea heavier in caffeine and end the day with no caffeine in a soothing herbal tea.
