I woke up a little earlier than usual on the morning that I snapped this pic of a sunrise. It occurred to me afterwards that I tend to not notice sunrises very often.

I think of “Journaling” as taking life notes.  Whether they are good or bad, happy or sad, confused or excited, I enjoy writing down my thoughts.

“LIFE” is what we have while we are on this earth – it is everything! So my goal? I want to help you focus on YOUR life; what you need in your life to make it what you want it to be.

I said these words to my husband, Vernon, a few days ago, after a coaching session I had just completed. I was so pumped up and maybe my excitement made him excited but every time I tried to tell him something he started talking. I was getting frustrated and finally said, “Talk with your listening voice!”

As a coach, the questions we ask clients are extremely important. Here are a couple of my favorites, and why:

On Friday, October 9, 2020, besides being my firstborn’s birthday and one of my most favorite days of the year, we had a video conference at work. Usually our meetings are voice only. For this meeting we were asked to open our video so we could see each other for an activity. I was one of those rolling my eyes; but, I put on more than just mascara, I fixed my hair and wore a cute top.

The other day I took a picture of my drawer full of lipsticks. My thought about my lipstick drawer was that it looked very lonely. The tubes of lipstick sit in the same drawer day after day. They get no attention. They simply sit in a dark drawer. Not much hope of being used.
